Young Steward Summer Camp focuses on local history, agriculture, ecology and community building and of course…FUN! Campers spend their days exploring Fernbrook, as well as local forests, waterways, and more. Each “day trip” week the campers spend Monday and Friday exploring Fernbrook, experiencing nature, and making connections to their natural world. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we use New Jersey as our classroom and go on day trips to local farms, hike different forest ecosystems, paddle watersheds and wetlands, and explore the coastline based on the weekly theme.
We do offer a variety of summer camp options for this age group; details can be found HERE! If you need assistance determining what options work best for you and your child please contact us at 609-298-4028 or email [email protected]
