A drum, crystal bowl and cacao meditation to open our gathering and set the tone. The drum is an ancient tool used in many cultures. The heart is like a drum machine itself. When we listen to the beat of the drum, we benefit on a multitude of levels and simply relax. “The act of drumming contains a therapeutic potential to relax the tense, energize the tired, and soothe the emotionally wounded.” (Psychology Today) The crystal singing bowls are vibrational in nature and penetrate the bodies cells on yet another level. Balancing your heart chakra with music note F allows you to experience more compassion, love, self-love, peace and a strong and vital immune system.Due to certain active ingredients that help release ‘feel good’ emotions, cacao is considered a heart opener. Creating feelings of emotional intimacy and pleasure, it has long been considered a luxurious delicacy, especially with the addition of sweetener and spices. We’ve added the medicinal benefits of mushroom powder, a touch of cinnamon and a dash of maple syrup.
