In this hands-on workshop, guests will learn how to create vibrant summer dishes using peak-season ingredients from the garden. Guided by Chef Becky Corey, chef of the Fernbrook CSA Market and an experienced culinary instructor, participants will explore the foundations of building flavorful salads, preparing seasonal vegetables, and crafting simple, versatile dressings
During the evening workshop…..guests will enjoy a light family-style dinner with seasonal dishes.
