In this hands-on class, guests will learn the art of baking Italian focaccia alongside Chef Becky Corey, chef of the Fernbrook CSA Market and a seasoned culinary instructor with years of professional kitchen and teaching experience.
Working together in small groups, participants will mix, ferment, stretch, and bake their own focaccia while learning the techniques that create its signature airy crumb and golden crust.
As the dough rests and rises, guests can relax, enjoy conversation, and settle into the warm atmosphere of the farm. Explore toppings, olive oil tasting. Each guest leaves with their own freshly baked focaccia and the confidence to recreate it at home.

We’ll gather around the table for a family-style pasta dinner prepared by our kitchen and enjoy chef’s special focaccia! Guests are welcome to bring a bottle of wine and enjoy a leisurely evening of cooking, learning, and sharing a meal together.
