In this portion, you will sit at a table surrounded by beautiful culinary ingredients that you can bring into your everyday life to prevent winter colds and flu. Learn how to use everyday foods like honey, garlic, onion, horseradish, fruits, herbs, and spices to nourish your body. You will walk away with a jar of fire cider, an infused honey, a
winter wellness tea blend and handouts about your handmade goodies.
• FIRE CIDER | a blend of apple cider vinegar, honey and spicy ingredients, to your liking, to take as a daily tonic and at the onset of a cold.
• INFUSED HONEY | Choose your flower or herb of choice to make a lovely honey that can assist with sore throats, relaxation or simply to add a touch of delicious flavor to your teas.
• WINTER WELLNESS TEA | Making tea is one of the most rewarding and empowering tools for nourishing your mind, body, and soul. When a cold hits us, our first reaction is “what do I do now?” Prepare with a nice tea blend for soothing sore throats and calming the spirit. Great to have in your tea cabinet.
You’ve worked up a bit of an appetite. Now it’s time to stay and let the chef feed your soul with delicious light bites, herbal tea, and refreshments.
